Note: While we are legally incorporated as a nonstock corporation and our articles and bylaws strictly limit our activities to 501(c)(3) purposes, we are still in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) status with the IRS. Therefore, tax-deductibility of contributions cannot be guaranteed at this time.
We keep expenses low and our directors pay them out of pocket, so as of July 2025, every single dollar Kikeokàn Foundation has received has gone directly to Indigenous people, not to corporate overhead.
